Daily Rituals
These gentle daily rituals have supported my clarity, creativity, and calm. Each practice is a small step toward presence, reflection, and connection. Start where you are — choose one ritual or explore them all.
Mindful Start / Morning Rituals
Morning Pages
1– 3 pages – Today I start a new routine by doing Morning Pages. This involves writing 3 pages of longhand, a technique created by Julia Cameron. You can also start a gratitude journal. Aim for 3 pages, but you can start small. Even writing 5 things on the paper is a good start. You can build and add more over time. The more you practice, the easier it gets. It becomes so natural. You become aware of so many different things that you already have. You may not even be enjoying them at that time. This will allow you to express your new way of appreciating them. It thought me to notice my thought patterns, way to change it and ability to see each day and each page in new light. I start with blank page and I can colour it in any way or shape or form. I hold the key to my day and my life.

Meditation
Meditation – This is one of the tools that I have been on and off practicing. I would start and commit for 15 minutes each day. This was on top of all the other practices that I was practicing. I am still working on integrating it into my daily routine fully without missing it. Definitely practice worth practicing. If we take responsibility for our lives and choose to be happy, we can be meditative in each moment. We would not look for an excuse to make a special time and place. Let’s raise our vibration each day more and more. Let’s decide to be happy no matter what life unfolds before us.

Set Intentions
Set intentions – Set one general intention. Alternatively, set many segmented intentions. This depends on what you want to do and where you want to go in your day. You can set your general intention to be –” I want to be kind to myself. I also want to be kind to everyone that I meet in my day.” A segment intention is” Today, when I am traveling in the traffic, I want to be safe. I also want to arrive safely at the desired destination. I also want other people to be safe.” It helped me have a better day without no doubt. My thoughts, emotions, and actions felt aligned with the intention. The day would then flow as per the direction determined first thing in the morning.

Ask for Guidance
Ask for guidance – or ask directed specific questions for the areas that you need help with. It is important to ask right questions. Notice the current season of your life. Ask for guidance specific to this season. Therefore, you will get guidance in direction where you want to go, change or improve. It thought me to become aware, to see what I want and where do I want to go, to ask and wait for those synchronicities and listen and take action on those when given to me. You are always protected. You are confirming to Universe that you have faith and trust in the energy that is within us and all around us. You will get even greater power when you ask for guidance. We are all connected and nothing can be created without all and ever giving energy. Trust and listen.

Affirmations
Affirmations – Open the windows and let the fresh air enter your room or home. Make a coffee/tea and enjoy it whilst writing empowering affirmations. Start by writing 5 affirmations in the areas where you need more strength and empowerment. Be mindful and attentive preparing the coffee/tea, enjoy the smells that are spreading through the home. Choose a clean relaxing space where you can enjoy and get inspired whilst indulging in your warm coffee/tea and writing. I love to sit in my front yard around my plants. I listen to the birds. I feel the breeze on my body. Become more aware and attentive whilst moving segment through a segment in the day. Maybe creating and setting intentions by segment would be more beneficial at the beginning until it becomes your second nature.

Yoga
Yoga – I love yoga! My friend introduced Yoga to me on 6th October 2020 and since that day I have not missed my practice. I love to try new things. When I see the benefits, I stick to them and do not change them. I keep adding new things and spicing up my spiritual practice. Still, I keep the main big things that mean a lot to me that helped me transform my life. So, be willing to try yoga if you have not tried it yet. Go for it. You do not have to be flexible to try or do yoga, so anyone and anywhere it can be done. I count on you! If it transformed my life, it can transform yours too. Discover for yourself. It does not cost you anything, just a small bit of your time. Invest your time wisely. Your health is a new currency. Be mindful. Happy Yoga time!

Cold Shower
Cold Shower – Wim Hof 20 days challenge – saved and awakened my life. Wim you are amazing! You are the best! Wim inspired me to take on the challenge. If you have not tried WHM (Wim Hof Method) one thing that you must try. I love cold showers now. I was loving my warm showers and my heating system was always pumped up to 25 degrees. Wherever I went, I would be cold, people would keep their heating on very low. So, I decided to experiment and try out cold showers. I wanted to manage my body and teach it to adapt and function. This was important regardless of any external environment and condition. I did it! I am proud. My journey of awakening started. It was accelerated by practicing cold showers from 6th April 2020. Wim, thank you for teaching me to love cold showers. Thank you for showing me the benefits. I appreciate you, for giving me tools and not quit after 20 days of the challenge. Since 6th April 2020, I have not missed a day of a cold shower and today is July 2025. Everyone keeps asking me why you are still practicing and having cold showers? I ask back why not? When you see the benefits on your skin, you want to shout out to everyone. It powerfully works on our life, mind, body, and heart. Also, every time I take a cold shower, it feels like a new beginning. Each experience brings a new breath, a new feeling, and new emotions. It awakens you to the core. It awakens your soul and the fun in you. My cold showers awaken the laughter in me, and my soul starts to shine. I affirm and say always to everyone who struggles every time, ask yourself who is the master here? Who is directing this play? Who is stronger? You or your mind. When you are in the cold shower, you enter survival mode. Your mind is blocked and your sensations prevent it from being loud. You get all the benefits, if you choose to test for yourself. It awakens other parts of your being. It regenerates, rejuvenates, and heals your cells.
For more information head to https://www.wimhofmethod.com and learn all about the WHM and how to do it before you start. Learn from the expert. I am just sharing my personal journey, so you go and learn how to start there if you wish. You know your own being. You know your health condition. So, please be mindful about taking any decisions which may impact your health. Always, take calculated risks and learn about the topic if it’s new to you that involves health. My cold showers were slowly transitioned and learned. Always do the right thing for your mind, body and heart.

Reflection & Journaling
Gratitude Journal
Gratitude Journal – Start each day by practicing gratitude. This practice is going to lift your spirit. It will open your mind to focus on positive things that you already have. Gratitude will move your focus from negative to positive. Gratitude will open you up to set your intention/s for the day.

Writing
Writing – Any form of writing is a way of releasing your mind. It clears up your thoughts, allowing you to see more clearly what is happening in your consciousness. You notice what keeps repeating itself and what is bothering you. Writing helps you see where you are heading, what inspires you, and what you are interested in. Anyone can write and we all have different experiences and stories to share. Writing is allowing you to be present, to focus, to create amazing pieces and stories. Creating stories allows you to write and share. Sharing your experience lets you go on an adventure. You can do this alone or with your audience. You choose, either way, is rewarding and precious. It is similar to music. It has a calming effect. It serves as a way of silencing your mind. It channels your energy and lets the flow of cosmic energy express itself through your body, mind and heart. Writing connects me with my soul. It allows my soul to speak for me. It expresses itself through the paper. We all have many different perceptions and ways of life. Through these, we can connect, learn, share, and grow together. So try writing your own personal story. Reflect on ways of growing up and who you were surrounded with. Consider what were your favorite things to do and places to go. Think about your friendships and high school years. I love reflecting on the time when I was in high school. I think it was the best time as a teenager. I enjoyed growing up, making connections, and studying for the exams. Being called by teachers to answer and talk about topics when you were not even prepared was thrilling. So much fun, seeing your friends around you trying to whisper and help you. Did you ever have similar experiences? You can really pick up any period of your life, past, present, or future. Maybe you can write about your dreams and goals. Let a piece of paper, book, or journal be your best friend who won’t judge you. You won’t need to mask yourself or make yourself pretty to show up. It can be there for you at any time. It listens to your worries and anxieties. It calms you after a bad day. It allows you to see clearly where your attention and focus are going. You will see what is important in your life right now. A white piece of paper will be always there for you, to be used and cherished. How willing and open are you to try out to write and let yourself wonder? What would you create? Your mind would take you through so many different spheres of your life even where your body cannot be. Just be mindful when you travel with your mind. Use that time spent in reflection for better present creation. Use it for greater creation and enjoyment. Again, you choose. Choose wisely. The way you pass your time in your creation and writing is very important. We can not stop how we perceive time. Still, you can be aware of how you pass your time. Consider what you do with it. Try and embrace a new skill, writing! You can do it. Be playful and open in your writing. Each time you show up to write, you will grow and expand through it. I love it! I hope you do too!

Reading
Reading opened a new life for me. It gave me a new perception of life and ways to be happy. Through reading books, I learned new ways of life. I discovered new possibilities and realizations. I thought about so many simple amazing things that I never knew before. The amazing discovery was realizing how much I did not know about life in general. I learned even more about my being, my life, and where everything came from. Reading was feeding my mind and my heart. It took me to many different places and made my heart smile. The stories, experiences, and teachings showed me that we carry within us a book. We each have a story, an experience, a teaching, an autobiography, and much more. The only question is do we have the courage to take the first step? Can we make a difference and change something in our life?! I believe in You, you can make desired change, the same way I did and so many people out there. The world is full of amazing people. You just need to open up and embrace. Be the change and inspiration that you want to see in other people and the world. You are uniting with amazing people now. Start reading. Start to discover and connect. Let the books inspire you to move ahead. Try new things and meet new people. Engage and learn new skills. Do new tasks and move out of your comfort zone. Awaken your life with reading. It is an amazing habit that will hydrate your body, mind, and heart. Reading will feed every part of your being. It brings aliveness, excitement, curiosity, new benefits, skills, and much more. Do not let your life dry up. You can pick one loving sentence or quote from any book, book that you love or intrigued you. Contemplate it long enough. It will open amazing discoveries. It will lead you to new places and sensations. It will show you a new way of being and perceiving. I can keep on and on talking about reading… please start reading and refreshing your being, as you embark on a creative journey.

Movement & Nature
Walking in Nature
Walking in nature – is self healing. Walking is moving the energy from the body. Not only is great for the body, as much for the mind and spirit. Choosing to take walks by yourself is the best choice that you can make. The walks can be short or long, gentle or fast. Decide what suits you best each time. You can mix and match and notice the difference and what it brings out of you. Sometimes quick and fast walks can be powerful. Other times ease can bring peace and joy. You can notice nature around you and pay attention to everything that you encounter on your walks.

Taking a walk first thing in the morning is so refreshing. It is inspiring. It awakens the body, mind, and heart. Reserve time for yourself. I am suggesting walking without listening to music, phoning your best friend, taking your dog, etc. Allow yourself to have that time only for you. Notice the nature around you. Hear the birds chirping in the trees. Smell the flowers. Admire the green grass along your walk. Feel the warmth of the sun shining onto you. Feel the droplets of rain on your skin. Everything is so powerful and rewarding, every sensation is leaving an impact on your being. Enjoy them. Do not let anyone interrupt your walks. Let them be sacred because they will transform your life. You can call them walking meditations. Notice the sound that your feet are producing. Notice your breath.

Walking will create space in your mind, you will feel refreshed and clear. Most of the time, you can treat it as a walking meditation, noticing and embracing the nature, sounds, and smells. Brings you closer to the universal energy and purifies your energy. You can develop ideas, and your inspiration can be awaken again. You can create a walking journal. In it, you note all things that you have noticed. You also note all things that sparked something within you. Something that you can be grateful for. Nature inspires! We can notice how everything is cyclical and how abundant we are! Everyone can take different benefits from walking. How do you find your energy after a walk? Do you find walking form of exercise or form of letting go? Maybe form for reflection or inspiration? Form of nurturing yourself or form of escape? Please share what benefits you are finding in taking a walks.

Create different routes for your walking routine. Make it special and something that you will be looking forward in doing it. Choose different places for each walk if possible. This way, your eyes and ears can be filled with new scenery and sounds. Explore mountains, parks, and beaches. Visit neighborhoods with beautiful gardens or take city walks. Discover little arcades full of architecture and characters. Try to awaken your senses wherever you find yourself.

Exercise
Exercise – choose something that works for you. Exercise does not have to be or feel strenuous. It can be gentle and soft. The intention behind the exercise is what matters. Explore the ways or places, forms in which you can exercise and what has the most impact on your being. We all have different definitions about exercise and why we do it. We all have different bodies, intentions, needs, and desires. Our goals, eating habits, lifestyle, seasons, and climate vary. Take all those into account when deciding what to do. Explore and create the best schedule that you can commit to exercise. Make it easy and attractive. Start small. Reward yourself after finishing your session of exercise. Celebrate your little wins each day. Strengthen the trust in yourself and ability to carry forward. Be curious in trying different styles of exercise. Pick only what you like to do as it will help you succeed. When you become so disciplined, you can test new ways. Prepare your mindset before the exercise routine if you have to, to get you moving.

Preparation for workout routine;
- Decision (time for workout routine, how many times a week and what type of workout – yoga, strength workout, walking etc. ) – create firm schedule, and set days which removes decision fatigue)
- Plan ahead – maybe eat lightly before workout if you have to, choose before hand food for post workout)
- Intention (how you want to perform, to be gentle, kind, patient and compassionate with yourself
- Create personal exercise program if you are working out at the gym (targeting your goals) or maybe choosing set of videos if you are doing online at home
- Preparing workout clothes (let them be something that you feel comfortable and beautiful at the same time), shoes, towel, mat, water bottle (whatever you need for your workout)
- Happy attitude
- Track your progress, on a worksheet (sometimes visual helps)
- Congratulate yourself at the end of each session with words of praise
- Celebrate your win – with relaxation, bath, favorite show or something that you are only allowed to do after you make a win

Choose consistency over perfection and being rigid. I’ve had issued being so rigid with myself and workout routine. I would feel guilty if I couldn’t finish the whole program. I would push my body so hard. I was not flexible at all and I felt there was the only way to do it.
Slowly, I started noticing my patterns and choosing to be consistent instead of having a rigid and hard on myself. It improved the whole outlook on my exercise routine. I was more keen to follow through. Started listening my body and allowing myself to just be and perform as best as I can on those days. I was more open to change and swap my workouts and adjust as my body needed. Feel your body and listen to it. This lets you help it get the best out of you. Do not force it and break it. Then exercise doesn’t feel a chore rather the way to your well-being.

Gardening
Gardening – is a powerful tool. We can use it to ground ourselves and connect with Earth. It helps us to be present, calm, focused, and relaxed. Gardening shows us the power of nature and what is possible. It reveals what is already created for us. We are given the ability to use and re-use it. We can cherish, protect, appreciate, and admire it. It allows us to enjoy nature and awaken our mind, heart, and body. Working with plants, trees, and seeds lets us notice and observe. We can reflect and connect with it all. We use it as an amazing analogy for our life. It applies to our creations and seeds that we are planting each day. It helps us reflect on how we cultivate our inner world. We consider the scripts of our lives. It helps us see how we feed our mind, heart, and body and how often. Each seed, plant, or tree needs love, and care. Like these, our life and relationships need attention. We can notice where we are putting more feed and where we are putting less love and care. Every seed and plant needs nourishment, love, and care, and so does every area of our life. The less time we spend cutting the grass, the longer and deeper weeds it will be. Similarly, we can look at areas of our life. Do not wait for the “weeds” to take over that particular garden. Look and create the balance. Water, love, nourish, and care for all your seeds, plants, and trees. They are all very important as they are serving a different purpose in your life. Gardening gives you space to see what serves you at each moment. You notice what inspires you in your garden. You decide the colors you want to see more of. You also identify what does not serve you. Also, the plants are creating abundance and flow, growth and expansion in your life. Grow and watch your plants grow with you. They are mirroring you. It is showing you how much love are you giving to them and how fast they grow for you. Use that analogy for your life. Ask yourself what you are learning. Consider the areas where you are growing and expanding. Still, give attention to the areas which need more of your time and energy. Seeds, plants, and trees love it if you talk to them. It’s like breathing the life energy into them. They feel important, as you are when someone pays you a compliment. You enjoy them and let them enjoy your love and company.

Mindful Living / Home & Environment
De-clutter
De-clutter – You can start anywhere, anytime as long as you start. You can start slowly. You can move from one place to another. Eventually, the whole place will be de-cluttered. The more you de-clutter your space, the happier you will be. Clean out the things that are no longer serving you. You are allowing for new things. You are creating and freeing up the space for new things to enter your life. I remember when I did not know much about what de-cluttering meant. Now, I understand how everything is connected. Every situation can help us develop and create our own stories. We can cleanse and remove things that no longer serve us. This refreshes our space, and new creations can manifest in our life. De-cluttering is tightly connected with letting go of our possessions. It means letting go of things that imprison our minds, hearts, and bodies. These are the things blocking us and our cosmic energy flow. Also, we learn about our attachment during de-cluttering. We notice our connection to all that we possess. It concerns our connection to each particular thing. We must evaluate how quickly and openly we are willing to let go of that attachment. How prepared are we to take that action and remove that attachment from our life? As per the famous Marie Kondo – The KonMari method, refer for more details on her website https://konmari.com/ de-clutter and discard all the items that no longer spark joy in your life. Going through each item will allow you to see your possessions. You’ll notice the sentimental bond with each item. Assess how quickly you can say thank you for being in my life. Now I must let you go. Continue to serve the purpose where you’re most needed. The process of removing and letting go of possessions is making us lighter in our minds, hearts, and bodies. It is also making us lighter in our physical space and environment. Through this process of de-cluttering, we are learning the big lesson of letting go. We must learn to practice letting go each day more and more. The more we free ourselves, the more space we have to receive new energy and flow. We can also welcome new things we truly need, which will serve a purpose. Make de-cluttering fun. Allow yourself to be present. Truly notice your thoughts, feelings, emotions, and behaviors when it comes to letting go of something from your big pile. Trust that everything has its own expiry date ;). You will know which things have to go and which are dear to your heart. Sometimes the process can be easy but sometimes also hard, but it is worth going through the process. Do not give up. Smile and keep going. Soon you will be done, and it will feel amazing. It will be the best feeling ever. Just remember when you let things go, do not go over back to that pile. Your mind will try to trick you into keeping it again! Remember why you started with the process. You want to be and feel freer in every aspect and area of your life. Happy de-cluttering process!

Cleaning
Cleaning – for me is a way to balance my mental and physical energies. It allows my mind to release worries and anxieties. I can let go of mental blocks through the movement of the body. I get into my body and notice the things in front of me. I focus on them. I find satisfaction in having a beautiful, clean, energized, warm, and calm place after the session of cleaning. After the session, I can find relief and relaxation by enjoying the space. I notice a new flow of energy, smell, and view. The place is organized and tidy. I observe the precious little things that make my space warm and welcoming. I cherish my indoor plants and flowers. They refresh and beautify my space. I learn so much through them. They relax me as I sit and watch them, immersed in the stillness of my place. I do not judge their placement and position. I can work better, think better, and accomplish much more if my space is clean and in order. If my home is out of order, then my mind is out of order too. Everything comes down to your attitude and view. It is all about perception. It is about how you approach any tool, habit, or ”chore” in your life. Change your attitude towards what you are about to do. Be open to doing it differently. Approach it more willingly and with an open mind. You will see that you can find enjoyment in daily routine things. Be present whilst you are engaged in a task. Notice your transitions from one task to the other. Feel the warm water on your hands. Be appreciative that you have something to clean. Be grateful for someone to clean or that you can actually clean it yourself the way you like it. The cleaning session can be very inspiring and grounding. Sometimes I would listen to audio books. Other times, I would be quiet. I wait and listen for my inner voice to speak to me. It shares new ideas with me that I can execute straightaway. I do not see cleaning as a ”chore.” I see it as an opportunity to cleanse my mind. It allows me to release my ”negative or unwanted” thoughts. I can re-focus and re-direct my focus. This time lets me be quiet. I notice and observe my movements and the way I handle things and tasks. I consider whether I am completing each task before going onto the next one or am I trying to multitask. This process is a learning curve. It allows me to correct my habits and behaviors. I can see where the change has to be made. During my spiritual awakening, the energy and its flow in my body were enormous. I had to walk every day. The walks were always long. I was also doing other spiritual practices at the time. This helped me ground my strong energy, which dominated my head. Therefore, the movement was helping me in grounding my energies. I believe you would have more benefits to add and share with me too. Make it enjoyable and fun. Listen to your favorite music. Open the doors and windows. Let the fresh air enter your home. Let this cleansing process not only take place in your space rather in your heart. Namaste.

Re-cycling
Recycling – re-using existing items is a great way to become aware of what is around us. It helps us notice what we already have and allows us to awaken our creative minds. With the help of our inspired hearts, we create and transform things from our environment, thereby prolonging their lifespan. Most of the time, we intend to buy new things. We do this before even looking into what we already have. We should give an effort to reuse existing items before purchasing a new one. Sometimes it takes a bit of effort to look, observe, and notice what we need. Effort is also needed to see what can help us from our environment. However, the rewards are priceless after realizing what is possible. It feels satisfying, saves us money and time, and even helps save our planet. You will be surprised by what you can create. You can re-use existing items in your home and environment. Just take time and ask a simple question to let the idea of creativity come to you as a thought. Sometimes ideas can show up in our lives in different forms as well, be aware of that. People, places, smells, environments, nature etc. can be some of the ways of unleashing the great ideas. Re-using and transforming existing items opens you to creativity. It unleashes the power within you and allows you to see what you need. You can discover what you can achieve and what is possible. This process allows you to see your interests, abilities, and different ways of approaching situations. It helps in making choices. There are many ways to learn about this topic. We can get inspired if we become more conscious. We only need to change our perspective on how we look at the things in front of us. Every day, I search for new ways to improve my life. I also find new ways of recycling and re-using, which prolongs the life of the items in my home. Start small. Let that be your way towards new exploration and new possibilities. Enjoy new transformation. Through the process, you will be changed and more knowledgeable. You will witness all the transformations you have made. These come through small projects on your own. You will appreciate and love yourself even more, with so many benefits and lessons learned along the way. Let’s make it fun and let our hearts lead us in our next creation! Happy New Creation!

Intentional Saving/Buying
Intentional Saving/Buying – You can get inspired by creating an intentional saving plan. Start by noting why it is important for you. Consider your motivation to save. Plan what you want to achieve with that saving plan. Set your goals and the reasons behind your saving. You can gain many benefits from setting intentions in creating a saving plan. Being conscious in your buying and bringing new things to your space is also beneficial. By being inspired and taking action towards these steps, you are creating self-discipline. You also develop consistency and integrity in your life. You are walking towards your goals. The inspiration lies behind the first step in deciding to start this plan for yourself. You are consciously choosing what to keep in your life. You consider what to bring into your life. You also decide what to let go of from your life. Learn to buy with intentions. Have clear intentions behind the desire for the purchase that tempts you. Can you disappear between need and want when it comes to making the purchase? It is also important to create budgets. Sometimes they do not work, especially in the beginning. However, adjustments are possible as you develop the muscle in the process. This process will allow you to become aware of where the money is going. It shows you what is coming in. It will allow you to track your expenses and have a clear picture of what is happening. You will see where the corrections need to be made. I am inspired by learning new tips and tricks about saving money. I learn about ways how we can get out of debt and be financially free. I also learn how to be less attached to things and all habits of spending. I love to use the term circulate for my money. I allow my money to circulate in all areas of my life. I have clear and intentional saving/buying incorporating value in everything when it comes to that process. Ask yourself if the purchase that you are desiring to make brings you any value and not only temporary satisfaction? A purchase gives us temporary satisfaction. It helps us feel better in specific moments. Are there any important values that we are receiving by circulating our money in certain areas? I love creating experiences. I use the benefits of those experiences to grow, learn, and evolve. Investing in those types of purchases I find very rewarding. What do you like to buy? How do you like to circulate your money in your life? Do you have any particular tips for saving money? What do you choose to eliminate from your life to allow a quicker way of saving more? Is it eating out or buying often expensive clothes? We can all benefit from choosing to learn more about money. It is important to understand how we treat it and how we use it. We should also learn how we save and invest. When it comes to a saving plan, the best way is to set the amount and the date. Calculate how much you need to set aside to achieve that goal by that particular date. It can be a small amount. It’s about building the muscle, creating consistency, and achieving the end goal. This way, we can trust ourselves and learn the process. The sooner you start the better for you. I wish I started this saving plan earlier, but we are never too old nor too late to start. Start today, start now! Incorporating intentional living, buying, and simplifying your life will be of great value towards your journey with money. It will allow you not to have a bunch of stuff sitting everywhere in your place and space. You will not have to move, clean, or store things that are not serving you. They have no more purpose in your life.

Learn about nutritional values of foods
Learn about the different nutritional values of foods. Discover how gifts of our planet and foods that can be grown can help us grow younger. They can also help us live longer. At the moment, I choose to read books, that can help me learn more about this topic. It is also helping me improve my overall diet and nutrition intake. It is possible to reverse aging with different factors, one of which is learning to eat a healthier balanced diet. For 33 years of my life, I was eating because I thought it was a matter of survival. I had no other perception of food beyond that. I never knew why we eat or the benefits of food. I didn’t understand how food impacts our lives. On my journey, I have discovered that you become what you eat. The food that you feed your body impacts your whole system and its function. Foods eventually become part of you and influence your DNA. Now, I consciously choose what I eat. I am always trying to improve my eating habits and become healthier. I must say it is a process as I love my carbohydrates. Coming from the background were pastries and making bread are part of every day life. Being conscious and creating balance is what it matters. Every single cell in your system is impacted by the foods you consume. Each cell has needs that must be satisfied to function properly. When they function well, they impact everything else in your system. We look for the purpose in our life to fulfill our dreams and desires. Similarly, our body and our cells want to carry their own purpose. Since everything is interconnected, by engaging in this process we help each other carry out our purpose. This helps us live longer and grow younger. I think it is crucial to find, allocate, and prioritize time for learning about healthy options. Reflect on and understand what your body requires to function at optimal levels. This awakens vitality, strength, and youth in your body. These benefits immediately reflect on everything else in your life. I have learned that not only eating healthy is important, but our approach to food is as important. Our intentions, way of eating, time of eating, and the whole process are crucial as well. Be present, throughout choosing the ingredients, washing, preparing, cooking, serving, and eating. Dedicate yourself to the process and let not be interrupted through your meal times. Eat consciously and stop before you get full. Be grateful for the food that you are ingesting and its digestion and nutrients that are feeding your cells. We need to view our body as our temple. It carries our soul and lets us fulfill all our dreams. It supports and protects us in each moment. So, have that approach towards the body and feed it with nourishing foods. This way, we can live longer and grow younger by reversing our biological age. When we are happier and consume better nutrients, we nourish our mind more effectively. By choosing positive thoughts that serve us, we allow our body to receive benefits. This helps us achieve our dreams with an amazing body, mind, and spirit. Do not neglect yourself, your whole system deserves the respect and fulfillment. You got everything in you. Use it, do not let time pass.

I get inspired by seeing beautiful colors on the plate, makes me want to make it and cook healthier meals. What about you? I feel like bringing fresh fruits and vegetables to my home, brings and awakens the life of the home.

Another tip that I have learned through learning about foods is that we should not prepare meals in advance. We should prepare meals and eat them straightaway after cooking. When cooked food sits and waits to be consumed, it loses nutritional value. Consequently, we lose the nutrients that we need to take into our system. This idea seems impossible in our busy schedule. However, we can make small steps at least on the weekends. We can also do this on the days that we are home. Prepare fresh meals. Eat them as the time of our meals approach. By doing so, we will benefit our whole system. I believe in small steps. I believe in small changes. I know that every single choice matters in our evolution. These choices help us evolve, grow, and live longer. We make choices every day. Ask yourself why you are adapting to everything society says. Why accept what society puts in your face? Ask yourself if that is good for you. Is it the best thing for you? Is it what you need at this moment? We are exposed to so much different information. Sometimes, it feels like we have to accept someone else’s ideas and way of life. Even though that does not work for us. Create your authentic power. Share that power with others. This way, your ideas can stand out. They can help others. Know that shopping and preparation can save you time and allow you to cook more and healthier options. Think fresh, think nutrients. You live in a temple which is your body. You are a guest there for a limited time. Enjoy it to the maximum in a healthy manner.

Connection & Gratitude
Saying Thank You
”Saying Thank You” – to everything. I express gratitude for all that I touch and consume. I also thank whatever comes into or goes out of my life. Expressing gratitude with feeling creates instant manifestations. That is the secret to everything. Your vibration is telling the Universe if you are just saying thank you or you are feeling it. Are you really feeling that thank you in each and every one of your cells? Every object and everything around us is vibrating and is energy. Interaction to everything around us is a way of energy exchange. Saying thank you is creating positive energy flow between all things and all interactions. We all love to be appreciated and acknowledged in our life. So, everything else is also looking to be appreciated the same way. Even saying a simple thank you to your body is powerful. It supports you and allows you to express yourself through it. This is an amazing gesture to start your day.

Everything gets alive and awaken if we give it our love, attention and appreciation. Our focus and energy will strengthen anything that we choose to appreciate. We will spark and radiate. Our energy will be multiplied on everything that we touch. This happens either through our mind, our heart or physical touch.
Just think of you when someone pays you a compliment, how do you feel? You have smile on your face, you feel important and appreciated. Same goes for everything else. At that moment when you are appreciated, you are willing to spread that energy with enthusiasm and love. You are filled with good feeling so you can just spread that. Opposite is there too.

We choose to be conscious. We choose to be thankful for everything that we encounter in our life. We value all transactions that we make.
Being grateful will create more aliveness in our life. All the things that we say thank you to will grow, shine, and multiple into more beautiful things. Why not, choose each day to say thank you to something new? As we do that, we notice how abundant we are and what we take for granted.
Spreading gratitude, practicing it each day is creating the feeling of having enough. It is creating peace and joy in your life. Allow yourself to focus on what is good. Be grateful for what you have. Doing this creates more flow and abundance in your life. Blessing all what you have each morning opens doors for more blessings. Embrace what is there and open to what is coming to you.
Saying thank you is like allowing the light to enter the room. Saying it, brings more light. The light gets multiplied, so embrace saying thank you and let it be your daily mantra.

Your rituals don’t need to be perfect — they only need to meet you where you are.
Try one, consider, and notice how it shifts your day.
Return whenever you need.
