I love knowing that stories connect us! Right now, I am learning to pay more attention to my inner world. I am also focusing on my current story as it unfolds. I am understanding where my focus lies and identifying the things I am concentrating on. We know that the things we pay attention to shape our identity. They also shape our life each day. I love to think and connect the dots backwards.

It is ‘funny’ how your life can change quickly for better or worse. I’ve had a hard 2022 year, and this inspiration came from there. You have to get ready for uncertainty and change. It can ‘hit’ you at any time. It is important to keep strengthening your mental, emotional, physical, financial, and spiritual health. You need to be ready for sudden changes. This preparation will help you approach, deal with, and accept them more quickly. Looking back, I am putting all the puzzles together. I am finding the best and positive outlook for each situation that has happen that year.

This way, I can correct and change where change is required. I can act better and avoid burnout. I am learning to listen to my body more and be gentle with myself. I want to focus on myself more and stop pleasing people. I’ve realized that I am giving all my energy and time to everyone. I am setting better boundaries now. So I am looking ahead to redirecting my energy. I want to focus on things that matter to me personally. I will keep writing and sharing my life day by day or week by week.
Finally, I plan to launch the website, which I started in February 2022. Before the ending of 2024, I created a little digital vision board and decided that 2025 is my year. It certainly is. Making that decision was the first step which lad me there. I have accomplished so many of my goals, and it is amazing seeing how things are working out for me. Now, I have been learning to take a much slower approach to life. I take my time with daily activities, simplifying and giving myself breaks when needed. I am integrating and digging deeper into my routines and habits. I am eliminating everything that is not serving me any more. I am changing those things with something better. Also, I have been reading books on de-cluttering and simplifying my life even more. I feel that my life is pretty simple. I look at my daily life, taking care of my children and our home.

Yet, I need to give myself more time and space for my dreams and professional life. I must get even more organized and structured to achieve the goals that I set. Years ahead are about setting the right priorities and sticking to those priorities and removing distractions from outside world. It is important to notice where the energy is going and how we can replenish that energy.
Give yourself time and space to breathe so rejuvenation and recharge can take place. Filling my cup on a daily basis, becoming aware and recognizing if I am not doing it. Are you filling your cup on a daily basis? is your cup empty or depleted? In my opinion everyone needs accountability buddy. I definitely need one when it comes to my professional goals. I am always happy to jump in for everyone but to find time for myself it is always questionable. I am writing these thoughts here for a reason. I want to follow through. I aim to walk my talk and stay accountable. I have read about many people who stay on the path. Their stories inspired me to do the same. Small steps and small moves matter.

Habits, daily rituals, and choices are shaping the bigger picture of your life. Take this new year to dig deeper and create consciously better choices. Make sure there is nothing that can shake your well-being in any area of your life. I am doing it even more consciously this year and I am open to new opportunities, people and experiences. Recently, I read a book called Soulful Simplicity by Courtney Carver. It inspired me to go back to writing and to start creating. There is no perfect situation, time, space, or moment. We create and learn by doing things that we do not want to do. This process helps us get to do things that we want to do. We will get better at doing the things we like and love. So, the more we choose to do the hard things and things that we do not like, the sooner we will be able to get better at doing the things we like and love. I love writing as a way of expressing myself. Yet, I do not like creating websites :), but I am still doing it. I started doing it anyway because I wanted to learn something new and challenging for me . As we do those things that we do not like, we grow and evolve even more. We go through the process and learn through it. We need to be open to doing hard things. We must be willing to take on challenges to succeed in our projects. This is how we will enjoy the end results.

Sometimes, we have to be willing to take action even when we are not inspired or motivated to do so. To get out of that state of feeling stuck, taking action is the best way. Taking action will move the stagnant energy. Will create new energy and we will create momentum. By challenging ourselves we can move and grow. It is pushing us out of our comfort zone.
We all love comfort. It is nice and safe place to be. We hide behind that comfort. As soon as we outgrow that comfort zone, our energy becomes unsettling. We lose peace and joy. Taking action and starting something new will open other opportunities and challenge us towards growth.

What is keeping you where you are? The key to clarity is asking right questions, reflection and action. Create space, it will allow you to question, reflect and take action. Give yourself a gift of finding the clarity. As soon as you start exploring and giving yourself space, your story will be more clearer. Your first step was taken. You can expect progress and satisfaction.
Everything is interconnected and you are on the right path. The story is unfolding, witness it.
